2 (3.9 ounce) boxes of instant pudding (any flavor you want)
3 cups milk (we used non-dairy soy milk)
Directions
Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to machine directions.

This sounds absolutely perfect. We eat a ton of ice cream here (but alas we don't have an ice cream maker). I think it would be worthwhile to buy an inexpensive one just to make this. I can just taste how wonderful and creamy good this is. YUM YUM YUM

I can't wait to try this one! I use soy milk for my cappuccino and french toast! I'm always looking for new ways to use it. who doesn't love a pudding pop!
